Caliber: originally 2416-B (2nd version), automatic+hand-wound, 31 jewels, date window; replaced with a 2414, hand-wound, 17 jewels, date window
Note: this one is quite a "mix" (case from an Amphibia, strangely chrome plated and not stainless steel, Komandirskie's hands and caseback). The original automatic movement was replaced with a more reliable hand-wound one. Water resistant to 50M, screwed crown, rotating bezel, acrylic glass, luminous hands. Diameter 39 mm.

Year: late '80s
Caliber: 2409, hand-wound, 17 jewels
Note: very rare model, inspired to the "radio room" watches, where the four red sectors on the dial indicates the time of the radio nautical bulletin. Luminous dot on the bezel. One of the nicest pieces of my collection :-) Water resistant to 200M, screwed crown, rotating bezel, acrylic glass, luminous hands, antimagnetic internal shield. Diameter 39 mm.

Year: late '80s
Caliber: 2409, hand-wound, 17 jewels
Note: very beautiful version, with "pilot-style" dial and black bezel in plastic/metal. Unfortunately the bezel is slightly damaged and the internal antimagnetic shield is missing, anyway it's in good conditions, and very pleasant :-)
Water resistant to 200M, screwed crown, rotating bezel, acrylic glass, luminous hands. Diameter 39 mm.
Dsc02127.jpg (86489 byte) Dsc02129.jpg (78428 byte) Model: Amphibia "Rodina" 1945-1995

Year: years '70s
Caliber: 2209, hand-wound, 18 jewels
Note: the Amphibia Tonneau were the first Vostok diver watches. Their massive stainless steel case makes them very particular. Their small type-2209 movement is precise but also quite delicate. Note the caseback in English (probably not original and from an export version. Water resistant to 200M, screwed crown, rotating bezel, acrylic glass, luminous hands (repainted
with normal paint). Widht 39 mm, height 47 mm.

Caliber: 2209, hand-wound, 18 jewels
Note: very nice model with black plastic/metal bezel. Unfortunately it's not in perfect aestethical conditions.  Water resistant to 200M, screwed crown, rotating bezel, acrylic glass (replaced), luminous hands (repainted with normal paint). The seconds hand is probably not original. Widht 39 mm, height 47 mm.
Dsc02168.jpg (98004 byte) Dsc02169.jpg (85418 byte) Model: Amphibia with jointed lugs
Year: years '70s
Caliber: 2209, hand-wound, 18 jewels
Note: very rare model. The jointed lugs allows to totally eliminate the effects of the tension of the single-piece straps on the spring bars, eliminating the risk to break them. In very used conditions, but also very precise. One of the best pieces of the collection for sure. Water resistant to 200M, screwed crown, rotating bezel, acrylic glass (replaced), luminous hands (repainted with normal paint). Diameter 38 mm.

Year: late '80s
Caliber: 2414, hand-wound, 17 jewels, date window
Note: another extremely rare type of Vostok. This model has the crown at 4 'o clock and an integrated bracelet fixed to the case with two welded pins. Very cool dial, absolutely rare to find in these perfect conditions. Definitely a GREAT piece. Water resistant to 50M, screwed crown, fixed internal bezel, acrylic glass, luminous hands. Diameter 39 mm.
Dsc02183.jpg (86067 byte) Dsc02185.jpg (94399 byte) Model: Komandirskie with crown at 4 'o clock (2)

Dsc02171.jpg (99329 byte) Dsc02173.jpg (95928 byte) Model: Komandirskie with crown at 4 'o clock (3)
Year: late '80s
Caliber: 2414, hand-wound, 17 jewels, date window
Note: i found this watch at the flea market in Bari in terrible conditions. The chrome around the glass was totally lost, and i have covered that zone applying a bezel from a Raketa watch. The U-boot dial is not original. Water resistant to 50M, screwed crown, fixed internal bezel, acrylic glass, luminous hands. Diameter 39 mm.
Dsc02142.jpg (81333 byte) Dsc02147.jpg (80167 byte) Model: Komandirskie with plastic case

Year: late '80s
Caliber: 2409, hand-wound, 17 jewels
Note: this watch is substantially the Vostok's replica (made in the late '80s for the export) of the 1MWF/Poljot "Sputnik"  made in the 1957/58 to celebrate the launch of the "Sputnik" satellite. This one was called "Buran" from the name of the Russian space shuttle. Note the caseback (typical of the export versions). Diameter 33 mm, screwed caseback, acrylic glass.
Dsc01670.jpg (79405 byte) DSC01625.jpg (69718 byte) Model: Vostok KN-1 wrist compass "1945-1985"
Year: 1985
Caliber: --
Note: this one is not a watch, it's a...compass. It was made to celebrate the anniversary of the Soviet WWII victory. Substantially derived from a Vostok watch. The crown allows to the pointer to rotate if pressed, and keeps it blocked if released. I have combined this compass with a little modified woman's watch (see the "Luch" page). Acrylic glass, screwed caseback. Diameter 40 mm.
